View of old Gjirokastra from the castle. We loved it up there!
Pentax 67 | Kodak Ektar 100
We took a little trip to Yosemite last month (first time there!) and during the two night stay I managed to shoot 5 rolls on my Pentax 67. Tried not to post them all… alas, this post came out huge.
It was neither raining nor snowing, yet, she insisted on the Hello Kitty umbrella.
Snowballs at mommy for trying to take photos.
Snowballs at daddy too.
We ice skated alongside the river.
Before we packed and checked out, I took a couple of portraits with the soft window light. First born refused to be documented.
We watched the deer for a while.
And then Mariposa Grove of giant sequoias.
And I mean GIANT.
The tree tunnel? Loads of fun.
more scans from the archives. family visit to the beach last summer. ektar does so well in full sun at the beach.
oh, manual focus…
there was a stage that i though would never end, when she would stick her tongue out all day long. well, it ended and i’m glad i can look back at the photos and remember to say this.
in case you were wondering, yes, she did try the sand. and did not like it.
right here is where i remember sitting on the ground to hear the biggest fit a little boy has ever thrown over wearing or not wearing his shoes and/or socks. hence, the face. and the puffy eyes. what you don’t see is everyone that walked by and watched us. and the one guy that stopped to say he loved my hasselblad.
