muir beach, summer 2012

more scans from the archives. family visit to the beach last summer. ektar does so well in full sun at the beach.

oh, manual focus…

there was a stage that i though would never end, when she would stick her tongue out all day long. well, it ended and i’m glad i can look back at the photos and remember to say this.

in case you were wondering, yes, she did try the sand. and did not like it.

right here is where i remember sitting on the ground to hear the biggest fit a little boy has ever thrown over wearing or not wearing his shoes and/or socks. hence, the face. and the puffy eyes. what you don’t see is everyone that walked by and watched us. and the one guy that stopped to say he loved my hasselblad.

You got some terrific colors from Ektar!
The last two images of your son playing with your light meter are just so great! He’s going to love having them when he’s older.
